In EU

Important information:
The shipping times are estimates and dependent on the shipping location.
Working days do not include the weekends or any national holidays.
Delays may occur during campaign’s and Holiday season.
Returns
We offer free returns in Finland.
You have the right to return the ordered items within 14 days after you received your order. All items must be returned unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days (no later than 14 days) for your return to be processed.
If you wish to exchange your item and once your return has been processed we will give you a ‘store credit’ to purchase a new item.
No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards.
No returns and no refunds on underwear and socks.
You will find the return form and prepaid return-shipping label inside your package. Fill out the form, put it inside the package together with the items you wish to return and place the return-shipping label on the box. Drop off the package at your nearest pick up point.
Please note:
In case you did not pick up your order it will automatically been delivered back to our warehouse.
We will charge 10€ delivery and processing fee for the order that was not picked up.

Damages
In case the item is damaged or defective, please e-mail contact@billebeino.com with your order number and description of the issue. Please also include pictures.
We process every damage individually.
